2. فیس جمع کرنے کے بعد بنک کاؤنٹر سے رسید لے لیں جس میں دس ہندسوں کاایک SEQ نمبر ہو گا جو کہ فارم جمع کرنے کے لیے استعمال ہوگا۔ اس رسید اور SEQنمبرکو اپنے پاس سنبھال کر کے رکھے اور کسی کے ساتھ شریک نہ کریں۔
3. SEQنمبر لینے کے بعد APPLYبٹن پر کلک کر کے فارم پُر کریں۔

2. After successfull deposit of fee, get computerized printed receipt from bank counter, which contains 10 digits SEQ No. which will be used for online application.
3. Don't share your bank receipt details i.e. SEQ No. with anyone.
